MIC-7800
GENERAL
DESCRIPTION: MIC-7800 is a semi-synthetic metalworking
fluid designed for stamping, light drawing and other
types of metal working operations of ferrous and nonferrous
metals. MIC-7800 has a high degree of lubricity as
well as corrosion protection and cooling properties.
MIC-7800 does not stain metals.

Density: 8.4 lb./gal
USE PROCEDURE: MIC-7800 may be used straight
from the drum or diluted by as much as 1:10 for light
to medium duty stamping and light drawing applications.
For grinding, tapping, turning, etc., MIC-7800 should
be diluted from 1:20 to 1:50. MIC-7800 should be added
to water to ensure proper mixing.
SAFETY DATA: MIC-7800 is slightly alkaline
and may cause irritation to skin and eyes. If skin
or eye contact occurs, flush affected area with water
for 15 minutes. If irritation occurs or persists,
seek medical attention. If irritation occurs due to
inhalation of mists, move to fresh air. If irritation
persists, seek medical attention immediately. If ingested,
give two or three glasses of water to dilute and seek
medical attention immediately.
