GENERAL DESCRIPTION: MIC-604LF is a highly concentrated, heavy duty, biodegradable, low foaming acid cleaner designed for use in Clean-in-Place systems (CIP). MIC-604LF is a blend of Phosphoric acid, surfactants, and emulsifiers for rapid penetration and removal of mineral type soils such as lime deposits. It is safe on all stainless steel but mildly attacks other metals. MIC-604LF has an A3 USDA rating.

USE PROCEDURES: MIC-604LF can be used at a concentration of 1:30 (3%) to 1:10 (10%) in a temperature range of 130°F to 150°F. Concentration of the cleaner will be dictated by the degree of soil present. Manufacturers recommendations should be followed if the CIP system is fully automated.

SAFETY DATA: Contains Phosphoric Acid. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. DO NOT INGEST. When handling, wear rubber gloves, goggles and any other appropriate equipment or clothing to avoid skin contact. Avoid contact with clothing. Should contact occur, flush skin with water; for eyes, flood with large amounts of water for 15 minutes and get medical attention. If ingestion occurs, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Drink water to dilute and get medical attention immediately. Read the Material Safety Data sheet before using.
