 Phos Seal

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Phos Seal is a specially designed sealer rinse that can be used for both iron and zinc phosphating. Phos Seal helps to seal minute pores in the phosphate coating as well as provide protection from flash corrosion.

Density: 1.031 g/ml, 8.6 lb/gal
Odor: Light
Wetting Ability: Excellent
pH @ 1.0%: 2.5

USE PROCEDURES: Phos Seal should be used at a rate of 0.5oz to 0.8oz per gallon of working solution or 0.4% to 0.6% by volume. Concentration is controlled through pH measurements. pH should be maintained between 5.0 - 6.0.

SAFETY DATA: Acidic. To avoid contact with skin and eyes, use proper protective clothing, gloves, and goggles. Should contact occur, wash skin with water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists or occurs seek medical attention. For eye contact, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention. If ingested, drink water to dilute and seek medical attention immediately. Read MSDS for this product prior to use.
