MetClean 9LFR
Alkaline General Purpose Spray Cleaner
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: MetClean 9LFR was formulated to be used for spray cleaning operations and vibratory systems. It can be used in a single or multi-stage spray wash. It contains a biodegradable surfactant that is effective in removing ordinary shop oils and soils. MetClean 9LFR is an alkaline cleaner that is suitable for use in areas of hard water. It is relatively safe on aluminum alloys and other soft metals. MetClean 9LFR also contains a rust inhibitor that helps to prevent rust when parts are not rinsed.

USE PROCEDURE: Concentration is usually 1% to 5% by volume. The effective operating temperature range is 120°F to 160°F for pressure washers and ambient temperatures for vibratory systems. MetClean 9LFR is recommended as a general purpose cleaner covering a wide range of water and soil conditions. It possesses low foaming characteristics that permit its use over a wide operating temperature range. MetClean 9LFR can be used in a five stage Iron Phosphate Spray Washer System.
EQUIPMENT: All equipment for the use of MetClean 9LFR can be of mild steel. Nozzles should be v-jet for maximum impingement. Stainless steel nozzles are preferred because of low maintenance and long life.
MATERIAL SAFETY: Safe on steel, aluminum and other soft metals.
SAFETY DATA: Do not take internally. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. In case of contact with skin, flush with water. For eye contact, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention. Read the Material Safety Data sheet on this product before using.
